OUR STORY

Gemstones Ministries grew out of more than 30 years of work in communication, training, coaching, and personal and professional development.

Originally founded as Gemstones Communication Consultants, our work served individuals, organizations, and corporate clients, including DuPont, Right Management, PCA, and Fellowship Farm, among others. Our services included team building, career coaching, personal development, organizational transition and restructuring support, conference speaking, and helping individuals and teams navigate challenges and change.

Over the years, the work of Gemstones continued to evolve. In more recent years, God brought an even greater focus to the ministry dimension of that work—bringing together decades of experience in developing people with a calling to prayer, overcoming life's challenges, personal and spiritual development, and Kingdom building.

At the heart of Gemstones is a simple but powerful belief: there is more within people than what can be seen on the surface.

We look beyond the titles, accomplishments, struggles, disappointments, outward appearances, and even the places where life has left its marks. We seek to help people discover the God-given gifts, value, purpose, and potential deposited within them.

The name Gemstones reflects that vision.

Precious stones do not begin polished and ready for display. They are formed under pressure, developed in hidden places, unearthed, cut, refined, and polished before their beauty is fully revealed. People go through a formation process as well. Life's hard places, seasons of change, challenges, victories, and encounters with God can all become part of the process through which what He has placed within us is developed.

Every person carries God-given value and potential, and those deposits are meant to be recognized, cultivated, developed, and put to use. Gemstones exists to help people engage that process—to look beneath the surface, discover what God has placed within them, and develop those gifts so they can be used with purpose and for His glory.

Today, that mission is also expressed through initiatives such as The Goodness of God Legacy, which encourages us to recognize and celebrate the goodness and faithfulness of God throughout the year, and God's Woman, which speaks specifically to the gems and pearls we call women—honoring their unique journeys, challenges, God-given purpose, and influence.

We believe there are treasures waiting to be unearthed, gifts waiting to be developed, and lives waiting to reflect the glory of the One who created them.

Unearthed. Developed. Polished. Presented for His glory.

OUR FOUNDER

Rev. Constance Gregory is a minister, biblical teacher, speaker, intercessor, coach, and personal and spiritual development leader whose work has centered on one consistent passion: helping people see beyond where they are to discover who God has created them to be.

For more than 30 years, Constance has worked with individuals, teams, organizations, churches, and communities in the areas of communication, personal and professional development, team building, career development, organizational change, and overcoming life's challenges. What began through Gemstones Communication Consultants has evolved into Gemstones Ministries, bringing together her years of professional experience with her calling to ministry and Kingdom service.

As a minister, Constance has a particular heart for prayer, spiritual growth, overcoming, strengthening families, and helping people recognize and develop the gifts and purpose God has placed within them. She believes transformation often requires looking beneath the surface—beyond titles, appearances, accomplishments, disappointments, and even failures—to see the person God sees and the treasure He has deposited within.

Her own journey has deepened her conviction that hard places do not have to be wasted places. Just as precious stones are formed through pressure and refined before their beauty is fully revealed, she believes God can use life's experiences to shape, strengthen, mature, and prepare us for His purposes.

Through teaching, speaking, prayer, coaching, and initiatives such as The Bloodline, The Goodness of God Legacy, and God's Woman, Constance seeks to encourage individuals and families to overcome what has hindered them, preserve what is good, grow in their relationship with God, and intentionally build legacies that can bless generations to come.

At the heart of her work is a simple conviction: there is God-given treasure in people. Her desire is to help uncover it, cultivate it, and encourage people to offer their gifts, their experiences, and ultimately their lives for the glory of God.
